One number a month
Every call, form and email tracked to the channel that produced it, rolled up to cost per enquiry. If a channel cannot be tracked, we say so before running it.
Digital marketing · Gateshead · Both sides of the Tyne
Gateshead businesses tend to buy marketing in pieces: an SEO person, an ads person, someone doing the socials. Then nobody can say which piece brought the customer in. We run SEO, Google Ads and web design as one system for businesses on both sides of the Tyne, with no long contracts, honest pricing, and one number at the end of each month: what you spent, what came in.
01One plan
Gateshead is really two economies. There is the business-to-business world of Team Valley and the estates along the A1, where a customer researches for weeks, reads three suppliers’ sites and then picks up the phone. And there is the consumer world of the Quays, the MetroCentre, Low Fell and Whickham, where someone searches on a Saturday morning and books the first business that answers.
Those need different marketing. The first wants a strong search presence, considered content and remarketing that keeps you in view for the weeks a decision takes. The second wants the map pack, fast ads on the searches that convert, and reviews that update. Most agencies sell one playbook to both. We build the plan from which market you are actually in, and we serve both sides of the river without pretending Gateshead is a suburb of Newcastle. Businesses here search “Gateshead”, and so does Google.
Whatever the mix, you get the same thing at the end of each month: one figure for what it cost per enquiry, and a plain-English note on what we are changing next.
Same customers, different searches
A customer in Low Fell will happily book a business in Jesmond and never notice the river. But they will type “Gateshead” when they search, and Google treats that as its own market. We plan for the one market people see and the two markets search sees.
The Newcastle page, if that is youCustomers cross the river without thinking. Google does not. Businesses here search “Gateshead”, and so we plan for both sides.

03Why us
Every call, form and email tracked to the channel that produced it, rolled up to cost per enquiry. If a channel cannot be tracked, we say so before running it.
Monthly, a month’s notice. Everything built, written and tracked stays yours, including the ad account.
Two plans, both on our pricing page at the same figures as here. Ad spend is yours and billed by Google, never marked up.
We work Gateshead and Newcastle as the one market it is for customers, and as the two markets it is for search.
County Durham, a short run up the A1. We meet at the Quays or on Team Valley when it helps. Most of the work never needs a meeting.
One fixed number, in writing, within a working day.
Start now04Pricing
Monthly plans from our pricing page, so the figures match wherever you read them. Ad spend is separate and paid to Google directly.
Ad budget is yours to set and is billed by Google, not by us. We tell you the minimum that makes the channel worth running for your market in Gateshead, and we cut it if it stops paying. Web design is quoted separately as a one-off build, from £150 for a single page.
05Questions
No. The consultation says which channels are worth running for your market and in what order. A Team Valley supplier and a Low Fell salon get different plans, and neither gets a channel that will not pay.
You pay Google directly for the clicks. Our fee covers managing the account, building the landing pages and tracking every conversion. Spend and results arrive in the same weekly note.
Calls, forms and emails tracked to the channel that produced them, rolled up to one figure a month: cost per enquiry. Rankings and traffic are reported too, but they are not the number that matters.
The consultation checks. If the site will waste the budget, we quote a rebuild first and say plainly why. We do not run ads into a page that will not convert.
Yes. Most of our Gateshead clients sell across the river too. We plan for the one market customers see and the two markets Google sees, and we have a dedicated Newcastle web design page if that is where you are.
Monthly, with a month’s notice. Everything built, written and tracked stays yours.
