1. Using Our App & Services

Our app provides tracking for Search Console, website analytics, and social media. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, you agree that:

• You are who you say you are: You must provide accurate information when creating an account and connecting your data sources.
• You will keep it secure: Your login details are your responsibility. Let us know immediately if you think your account has been compromised.
• You will play fair: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, overload our Supabase databases, or use the service for anything illegal.

2. Accounts & Cancellations

You own your connected data, but we manage the platform it runs on. Here is how the relationship works:

• Cancellation: You can cancel your account at any time. Once closed, we will delete your app data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse our systems.
• Changes: We regularly update the app to improve it. This means features may be added, changed, or removed without prior notice.

3. Liability (The Legal Bit)

Because technology is never completely flawless, we need to set some legal boundaries:

• "As Is" Basis: We provide the app and website "as is." We do not guarantee it will be completely error-free or have 100% uptime.
• No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions that might occur from using (or not being able to use) our app.
• Maximum Liability: If something goes wrong, our maximum legal liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months.

4. Governing Law

Your Digital Team operates out of the UK. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If we ever have a dispute we cannot settle amicably, it will be handled in the English courts.
